Ok well one of my mates bought this:

http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk/s ... ct_details

Now he bought this, he only used one or two shakes and now he has stopped using it. He says i can buy the 4.4kg tub for £14.

Now i know thats a good saving but one of my goals was to cut a little fat off my stomach, theres not too much i can see a six pack through but i would have liked to get it cut up. So the problem is while its a great price will downing these shakes high in carbs just make me even fatter? Because I cant afford to have a whey protein shake even once a day at the moment nevermind what sopme people have in their diet, so buying this would enable me to drink as much as I want! But im just worried that it will just make me fat!

Do you think i should get it, or do you think the con woud outweigh the pros?

Cheers Guys

cnp a really good brand, one that actually seems to live up to its high price.
never heard any of theyre products slated, just very pricey as a rule.

get it and replace a main meal, it`ll be ideal for breakky for example..

Oh ok thats good as i find it ahrd to eat a meal at breakfast so this should make it easier!

Also could this replace my protein i take post workout? Or is it too high in carbs do you think, im only asking because if it is suitable i dont have to buy som more protein but i dont mind buying more if it will just make me fat!

Cheers

yup ideal post workout too.

as i said its ok for any of your main meals to replace and even if it wasnt you could just eat fewer carbs next meal...

as long as you eat failry reguarly what you eat over the entire day is more important than the timing and make up of each specific meal.. imo
