when i was walking along the road i saw a goat

from a distance, upon creeping closer through the thick undergrowth of brambles and bushes it was actually a man dressed as a goat and he was performing

1 arm bent over rows using what looked to be a woman's severed arm clutching a wine broken bottle, then suddenly he turned to me and said

whilst saliva was dripping form his lips,
helloo my pretty!
whats a nice young man like you crawling thru the undergrowth in a gladiators costume?
i gulped...
this was more than i bargained for, i was just out for my usual sunday evening :flash: manouvers...

ermmm are you doing 5x5`s i said nervously...
n i hope youre not using too much volume either,
have you read a book called brawn?

the man goat looks up at me and says...
i dont want big muscles, dont wanna be fat...
i want small muscles!

hmm says i ok then..
i grab the severed arm to show the man goat something about good form and as i bend over i beat him to death with the wet end...

still at least it was quick it it had been a lady goat she`d have been slowly :sheep: to death...

...I was then left with the thought of where or how to get rid of the lifeless body which lay battered and bloody on the ground...

"hmm what shall I do...what shall I do"
