  Stripping fat

Ok here is how my week is planned...

Monday - Split
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - 30min Cross Trainer usually about 7km
Thursday - Split
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Cross trainer
Sunday - 1 Hour walk

I am by no means fat and boots says 19% however I think it's less as I can see a 6 pack but I've just got a layer of fat over the top, no fat anywhere else just my stomach lol, kind of ironic considering for the past 8 months ive been eating everything i could to bulk as i didnt have a bit of fat on me!would you add any more cardio in anywhere? Or should this and a cut on carbs strip it off? Cheers

Ok well my diets not too good tbh... but i like to eat what i want, always try to eat healthy as i can though, i get most of my meals made for me so I cant just turn them down!

07:30 - WM Toast x 2 with 2 egg (Just toast if not hungry)

11:00 - Snack (Flapjack or oat bar or something at college shop)

12:30 - Dinner - Tuna sandwich on WM or a tuna pasta lunch (Those john west lunch things)

17:00 - Chicken and rice / Chicken potatoes and veg or chicken stir fry (Usually something chicken based or maybe gammon steak or steak if i fancy a change.

19:00 - TRAIN

20:00 POST WORKOUT Protein with semi skimmed / skimmed milk (depends whats left at shop)

21:00 I know not good but if i get a bit peckish probs a biscuit or oat bar again, i know i should probs eat something like cottage cheese or something before bed.

Not an ideal diet by far but with my lifestyle its hard to eat exactly what I want, no wonder so many people are fat in this country everything healthy in asda is overpriced!

Also i really cant add in more protein as i cant afford to use it that quick on my budget!

another meal after gym or 8pm and i`d be happy with that matey..
if your eating an oaty flap jack try n drink some milk with it.
i`d add a nana in with milk and protein shake after training.

other than that the level of detail is more than adequate for weight loss.

and if it does work you can then have a giggle as i do about the intensely detailed diet plans from the warriors over at MC.

can you cook mate?

just asking n response to your everything being expensive comment really - its only expensive if you let someone else do all of the work for you! lol.

adding tuna rice/pasta instead of a flapjack mid morning would be great and cheap as chips if you made it yourself and stuck it in a tupperware tub.

Yeah I can cook usually on a Saturday I'll have tuna pasta or something, not being "cool" but I whip out a tunnperware tub full of pasta in the common room im probs not gonna hear the last of that! However sometimes I'll have fruit or something instead of flapjack but I may start taking some sandwiches? Cheers guys

when you have 18" gunz no one will say a word about your tuppaware :lol:

farm fresh (is that right?) is now 30 something pence for tuna which these days is v cheap.

Haha yeah but seen as though I've only got 14" water pistols I'm guessing I'll get some stick! I have holidays from college now until sept so I can probs eat better as I'll be at home so that's good, Think I will start taking some tuna sarnies or something when we get back, cheers guys
